Do you ship nationwide? Yes, we ship across Kenya. We also ship internationally — reach out to us to confirm rates and delivery times for your location.
How long does delivery take? Nairobi orders placed before 3pm are delivered the same day; orders placed after 3pm are delivered the next day. Orders outside Nairobi arrive within 1–3 days.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept M-Pesa and card payments through our secure Shopify checkout.
Do you offer returns or exchanges? All sales are final. We don't currently offer returns or exchanges, so please check sizing and colour details carefully before ordering. If your order arrives incorrect, contact us right away and we'll sort it out.
Are there other items available beyond what's on the website? Our stock is updated regularly — what's live on the website is what's currently available.
